due to providing social security needs, community POLICING APPROACH has been applied by IRI Police in recent years. To settle this APPROACH the present research aims at determining obligations and necessary characteristics in organizational structure and leadership style within Mckinsey 7S model. The present research was applied type but taking into consideration nature and method was descriptive – survey type. For community POLICING settlement, it was tried by analyzing related documents and resources to suggest some principal amendments needed in current organizational structure and leadership style of IRI police. Result of these analyses indicated that without applying some amendments in current IRI Police organizational structure and leadership style in a way both become more effective and appropriate with obligations, the community POLICING APPROACH settlement will not be successful. Based on Mitzberg structural framework, current IRI Police organizational structure is sectional structure and for settling community POLICING APPROACH, this structure needs to reform in areas such as cooperation, coordination, more delegation through field officers, more training and flexibility. Also high and middle rank managers should select their leadership styles by focus on cooperation, reliability and authority conferring.

this research has done by considering relations between I.R.I sovereignty Expectations of Community POLICING APPROACH and determining its index. This research is applicable and its method was descriptive-analytic research. Statistical corpus of research includes NAJA High rank managers. The Questionnaire gathering data Tools had designed by Researcher which scientists have admissibility on it and its end step determined by Cronbach Model. The results show that there is meaningful relationship between sovereignty Expectations of Police and police Community APPROACH and it has some effect on it. Also results show that public safety promotion Indexes, with equal execution of rules by police in society and social crisis proper management evaluated by more than 74% of participants and significance of this Indexes and the other related Indexes certificated by that.

Background: In recent years, attention to the productivity is becoming more and more important in POLICING. Lean POLICING APPROACH could be an effective solution for this challenge. Thus, in this research, we are trying to find answer for the following questions: What are the most important elements of Lean POLICING? What are the problems of Iran police-courts' structures and processes according the Lean APPROACH? What are some appropriate strategies to make improvement in Iran police-courts' problems in structures and processes by utilizing Lean APPROACH? Methodology: This research is done in a qualitative APPROACH and includes two phases: study of the literature in Lean. The second phase includes utilizing the devised model to find the problems in Iran police-courts. Findings: According to Lean APPROACH, we can achieve any level of optimization in any organization by continuously finding and decrease the waste elements as well as finding and increasing the value-maker elements. In this research, we utilized this APPROACH to find the current waste and value-maker elements of Iran police-courts to devise some strategies for making improvements in structures and processes of them. Results: Lean, as a repetitive and continuous APPROACH can be used either as a stand-alone strategy to make improvements in the organization, or on the other hand, with considering the current infrastructures that is prepared for current active improvement plans, Lean POLICING can be used as a tool set in order to help achieving those plans. A strategical layout is suggested in this research for the second APPROACH.

Control has been constantly among the fundamental principles and responsibilities of the managers and commanders, which has close relationship with other principles and responsibilities of management. The present applied descriptive survey aims at studying the current and new methods, effective in control system over public business buildings from the experts' viewpoint and their priorities. The data was gathered from a self-made questionnaire (a=0.917) from experts working for I.R.I police in professional police ranks (public places) (N=50). To analyze the data single-sample t-test, independent binomial test and variance analysis, frequency tables and frequency percentage was used through applying SPSS. The results are as follows: 1. Prevailing methods (ruling and being implemented) at present are effective largely in control system over public places. 2. New methods (suggested methods in addition to the current ones) which range between average and high extent are effective in control system over public places.3. Both current and new methods taken into account as constituents of the effective methods and applying them while considering priority will be effective.

Background and objectives: In their own organizational operations, called poling operations, police forces are regarded as main elements of crisis management. Under critical conditions and in POLICING operations, what assumes importance is to have strategic and operational APPROACH in line with supporting operational forces. Hence, this article seeks to provide a model for supporting POLICING operations under critical conditions with an intra-organizational APPROACH.Methodology: This research is applied in terms of goals and is descriptive- analytical. In this research, the views of 22 people including experts and elites of logistics and support units were used and Brainstorming and Delphi methods were employed. Meanwhile, major variables were identified and the conceptual model as well as research hypotheses was determined. As well, a researcher made questionnaire was used to measure the variables. The statistical population of this study consisted of all senior I.R.I. Police managers and commanders. From this number, the sample size was 111 people who were selected via simple random sampling Research hypotheses were tested via structural equations and PLS software.Findings: Research findings showed that supporting POLICING operations under critical conditions involve five dimensions of POLICING affairs, health affairs communications affairs, financial affairs and operational preparation.Conclusion: Research findings showed that supporting POLICING operations in crisis is a mid-function variable among all logistics affairs with systemic dimensions which involve such aspects as IT, financial and budgetary areas as well as operational affairs.

In Language teaching and learning context, English Language for Law Enforcement purposes may be considered as a great challenge. This challenge is mostly related to the specific context within which police officers are working and the needs emerging from this specific environment. Therefore, English for POLICING Purposes requires its own teaching methods, learning materials, and language teachers, specifically intended for this setting. To this end, the current study attempted to evaluate a communicative-based APPROACH in language teaching and learning implemented in the context of POLICING in Iran via observation, journal writings, an openended questionnaire, and semi-structured interviews. The results of the study illustrated some unique characteristics or elements for cooperative language teaching (as a technique in communicative APPROACH) in the context of EPP that might be peculiar to the police language environment in Iran. As the study suggested, communicative APPROACH principles can be implemented in EPP context only if language teachers pay attention to these context-based elements.

The educational system acts as a point of reference for the society's needs and demands. The principles that dominate this article is culture and education are interrelated and interconnected. Every educational paradigm is influenced by the culture of the society in which it operates. This essay underlines the extensive connection between culture and education. As a result, the goal of this essay is to depict these features from a Philosophical-Psychological APPROACH.

At present, community participation has been emphasized as a strategy for social sustainable development. In safety sphere, participation is an inevitable necessity. In work scale, it has begun and compelled various projects about participatory POLICING and it has gained good results. In fact, police organization has been changed from centralize and governmental to community-based and decentralized force. In Iran, projects like neighborhood guard, police helper, safety services and etc. are samples of community POLICING strategy. The emphasis of this article is on necessity and possibility of community POLICING in Iran.

Artifacts are ubiquitous and influential in our world, but their nature and existence are controversial. Several theories have been proposed to explain the ontology of artifacts. Drawing on Popper's theory of three worlds, this paper suggests a metaphysics for artifacts along the line of a critical rationalist (CR) APPROACH. This theory distinguishes between three realms of reality: the physical world (World 1), the mental world (World 2), and the world of objective knowledge (World 3). The paper argues that artifacts have different ontological components that correspond to these three realms, and that each component is real and causal. The paper shows how this perspective can account for the intentional and functional aspects of artifacts, as well as their dependence on plans that influence different realms of reality. The paper explains how this pluralistic ontology, compared to the rival theories, enables one to explain the relevant ontological problems of artifacts. The paper also explores how this proposal can lead to a research program encompassing a broader range of technologies, such as social artifacts. In sum, the paper suggests that Popper's three worlds theory provides a rich and comprehensive framework for understanding the metaphysics of artifacts.

Making different APPROACHes like community POLICING, problem-oriented and hot spots POLICING can be declared as positive stages in observing order and more accurate security. While perhaps there isn’t research and proper scientific reasons and objects about the special effect of these APPROACHes in all dimensions of order and security and prevention from crime. But with advent of these APPROACHes made a kind of tention public and organizational about them. So applying they become global as some kind of organization innovation. Perhaps this is because of this belief that APPROACHes and traditional POLICING have not got sufficient effect in observing order and security. In another word in crime prevention.(bayley,1994.Gattfredson and Hirschi,1990) but a question comes to mind that without complete study, may all dimensions of APPROACHes and patterns of traditional police in crime and prevention failed And only with applying the new APPROACHes and patterns of POLICING omit the functions of previous patterns? The purpose of present article is classifying these patterns from two dimensions: focus rate of crime prevention and varieties of performances in crime prevention addition to declaration and explanation of traditional and new POLICING models and their senses And then whit analyzing the applied research results address to proof of efficiency or inefficiency of these models and their senses in crime prevention and finally it allows the analyzing the efficiency rate of different POLICING models.
